Elizabeth Norlin shares the insights she has learned as she coped and healed from an illness the doctors had no cure for.
In high school she asked God for proof he existed. As a young adult, she learned just how magnificent he really was.
She shares her story, and the stories of others, with you in her first book, “Our Bodies: The Optimal Design.”
Elizabeth (Betty) Norlin is a motivational speaker, corporate trainer, writer, and teacher. Motivated by what makes people “tick” she has looked for patterns in behavior, relationships, and people seeking ways to help make understanding easier for the people she reaches through her writing, training, and teaching. After recovering from a chronic illness traditional medicine had no cure for, she learned so much about patterns in our body and just how amazing our bodies are designed. She shares what she has learned in her first book, “Our Bodies: The Optimal Design.”
She has been a member of NSA, National Speakers Association; and ASTD, American Society of Training and Development. Through her teaching at a Magnet School for the Arts and her passion in art, music, and technology, she has noticed patterns in these areas of life as well.
Elizabeth (Betty) has written training manuals, online help screens, brochures, and was a regular monthly columnist for DunnDeal Publications (www.ddpnews.com) for six years. She has also held the role of Southeastern Trainer for Ryder Trucks, Organizational Development Consultant for Budget Group, Inc., Professional Services Manager for Integrated Dealer Systems, Technical Services Manager for Hillsborough Community College Corporate Training Center, and International Connections Resource Teacher for Independent Day School (now Corbett Prep at IDS). She currently teaches middle school math in Hillsborough County, Florida.
